About the event
In this workshop you will learn about the most important exercises one should do to maintain a healthy life. With the focus on strength training and cardiovascular training, you learn the importance of resistance training and that you don’t have to exhaust yourself on the treadmill in order to stay in shape. At the end of the workshop, we will discuss important to-dos and, together with you, we will structure the workout schedule that will fit your busy life.
